There are many reasons why the Fall is my favorite season and one of those reasons is because I get to photograph my long-time clients/friends. They are the ones who, come January every year, book me out nearly a year in advance for my coveted Fall session dates. My Fall sessions are always the first to book up completely and it's ALWAYS my long time clients who know how quickly those slots go so they grab them all! It thrills me to no end because come the Fall season I get to see all my favorite families, the ones I have watched grow and chronicled over the past 6+ years. It rocks my world basically.
And this family is no exception. I LOVE them. The girls are beyond adorable. Mom and Dad are super sweet and totally "into" the shoot. There is always such a happy, easy dynamic with them because we are also close friends and the girls are really connected to me as I am with them. It's really just like old friends hanging out. And those are my favorite shoots.
Samara is a little ham when it comes to the camera. Incredibly cooperative and not remotely camera shy. A photographer's dream. And Camille is a little fiery thing, not as interested in posing but full of spunk and personality. Together, they just make my camera happy. :)
Heather and Danny are two of the nicest, sweetest folks you'll ever meet. The first week I moved me and the kids into our new little cottage, Heather dropped by with her girls to deliver two days worth of vegetarian meals for us. She has a heart filled with goodness and light. Her caring and thoughtful gesture made my heart swell with appreciation and love. I'm grateful every day for the amazing friends and clients I have. Without them there is no way I could be making it as a single working mom. So, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!
